*ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?
Yes we hold all licenses, bonds and insurances required to work in our service areas.
*IF DAMAGE IS FOUND, HOW MUCH AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR?
You are only ever responsible for your deductible and in some rare instances code upgrade costs if your policy does not cover it.
*SHOULD I EVER SIGN AN ASSIGNMENT OF BENEFITS?
No, because an AOB gives up your control in the process. In this situation a contractor could cash the insurance check without doing any work.
*WHAT AREAS DO WE SERVICE?
Currently we service Ohio, the Greater Orlando area, Tampa and Pensacola.
*DO YOU OFFER TARP SERVICE?
Yes we do. It will also be charged to your insurance company, so no extra costs on your side.
*DO YOU OFFER ANY WARRANTY?
Yes, besides any manufacturing warranties that come with your new roof we also back up all our work with a lifetime workmanship warranty.
*DO YOU DO NEW GUTTER INSTALLATIONS?
We currently only do full new installs in Ohio.
